Requirements
- Lead a team to design, implement, and optimize scalable backend solutions
- Play an active, hands-on role in coding and developing critical components
- Architect key solutions, manage cloud infrastructure, and drive performance improvements
- Implement CI/CD processes, manage DevOps operations, and ensure security best practices
- Foster a collaborative, values-driven environment that aligns with the client's commitment to autonomy and accountability
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of backend development experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise with .NET Frameworks (.NET 5 and .NET 8) and cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with CI/CD processes, Agile methodologies, and cloud infrastructure management
- A proactive and independent decision-maker with a collaborative mindset
