About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Network Analyst to join our IT team and take charge of our network infrastructure.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network devices and services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
You will also provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, collaborate with other IT professionals, and perform network maintenance and system upgrades.
This is a full-time position based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and manage IT project activities to achieve organisational goals.
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Configure and manage network devices and services, such as VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, and protocols (e.g., Static, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, GRP, IPSEC, 802.11, QoS), Fiber & Copper Connectivity.
Configure and manage ACLs and NAT to control traffic flow and enforce security policies at the network perimeter, between network segments, and on individual network devices.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, resolving escalated issues and inquiries.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including installation of service packs, security patches, hotfixes, configurations, and security updates.
Implement and manage radio networks (e.g., Mimosa, Ubiquity).
Implement and manage LAPS, ADM & Service Accounts, GPO for Security & Policy updates.
Implement and manage LG IPECS.
Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root causes and provide technical support when needed.
Collaborate with the team to address PC, server, and network vulnerabilities identified in VAPT.
Perform Windows patch updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Around 5 to 8 years of experience in networking.
Certification in network technologies such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
Proven experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of network protocols and services.
Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and services, with expertise in managing Cisco and Fortinet firewalls, switches, and access points.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Experience with Windows patch management is a plus.
