Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and design network solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams for seamless communication.
- Assist in proposal development and address client concerns.
- Help Customers in releasing RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and responding to them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Proven experience in pre-sales engineering, with a focus on networking solutions (minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, security, and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., JNCIE,CCIE) are a plus.
