New Business Director - Dubai Expansion

As part of our growth strategy, we seek a dynamic and entrepreneurial New Business Director to get new clients for our new operations in Dubai.

This is a unique opportunity for an innovative leader with a proven track record in business development and operations within the digital and startup ecosystem.

*Please note that this is a success fee commission job to start; note a fixed monthly salary.

*We want some goal-oriented professionals who believe in this project and want to grow with us.

*After you get over 3 business contracts, we can offer you a monthly salary + commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enter and expand within the Middle East market.
• Forge strong relationships with key regional stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Drive business development, securing new clients and partnerships aligned with our strategic goals.
• Represent the company in regional forums and events as a key spokesperson.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a New Business Manager or in a similar role in digital agencies or startup environments.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of successful business setup and development.
• A deep understanding of the digital services industry, with insights into Middle Eastern markets, is preferred.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
