NGO Development Senior Officer

Job Description:

• Participate in drawing up work policies and various plans and developing work mechanisms within the unit.
• Implement the various plans of the technical unit assigned to him.
• Participate in preparing periodic and non-periodic reports and plans on the teams activities.
• Participate in designing and providing planned support to targeted NGOs.
• Submit recommendations for amendments to the work plan and training exercises according to field observations.
• Submit and follow-up reports to the department director in coordination with the department director.
• Prepare development plans for partner NGOs.
• Participate in setting the units annual budget with the department director and the unit director under the supervision of the sector head.
• Participate in developing the centers program and the association sector through developing systems and policies regulating work
• Carry out work within the specified geographical scope and implement the technical directions of the department's director and its unit.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent formal education degree.
• From 3: 6 years of management experience in large-scale projects programs.
• Incumbent must meet project management requirements and possess comprehensive knowledge of industry standards.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Proficiency in MS Office.
