Al Habtoor City Hotels is currently looking for a Night Auditor to join our dynamic Finance team.
To Audit, analyze, record, control, store, secure cash and cash equivalents all Revenues Transactions of the hotel in accordance of policies and procedures.
Audit, analyze, reconcile all revenue transactions of the hotel for accuracy, as well as reconcile voids, rebates, audit authorizations, explanations enforce and control complimentary, star hot, star friend rooms and ensure adequate control over all serial forms such as venue checks, receipts, gift vouches etc.
- Ensure control over cash and cash equivalents for the property is in accordance with policies and procedures.
Organize, secure and maintain all files and records in accordance with Policy and procedures.- Prepare, maintain and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing to management as required.
Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times do the right thing and act with confidentiality and integrity at the highest level.
- Foster high level of teamwork, maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders to reach a common goal.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.- Appear confident, well-groomed and dressed in a smart casual manner following the Starwoods grooming standards and Starwood guidelines.
Take ownership for own development, ensure deadlines are met and all tasks and responsibilities are followed without supervision.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required. At least 1-3 years of experience within finance & accounting as Income Auditor in a five Star hotel required.
Experience:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, PeopleSoft, Opera, and other hospitality applicable computer systems. Budgetary and General Ledger analysis capabilities required.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the staff member acting as a team leader. There is minimal direct supervision.
Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, financial statements, Income Statements, Balance Sheets, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.- Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups to managers, clients, customers, and ownership.
- Must be able to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
* Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
