Job Description

As Night Manager, you lead the nocturnal operations of our exclusive luxury property with precision and elegance. Your role ensures impeccable guest experiences and upholds our standards of excellence throughout the night.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee night operations, including guest services, security, and team management.
  • Ensure guest safety and security during nighttime hours.
  • Manage front desk operations, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and emergencies, delivering seamless solutions.
  • Monitor and address maintenance and operational issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with departments to meet guest needs and maintain facilities.
  • Conduct nightly inspections to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing night activities and incidents.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll and scheduling.
  • Provide guidance to night staff, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
  • Resolve guest issues courteously, maintaining our commitment to exceptional service.
  • Perform night audit procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about hotel events, promotions, and local attractions for guest assistance.

Qualifications

About You:

  • Proven leadership in luxury hospitality, preferably in elite environments.
  • Exemplary organizational prowess and refined communication skills.
  • Proficiency in luxury hotel operations and management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred.
