Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager in the Neutral Infrastructure Projects (NIP) department plays a key role in ensuring that NIP are delivered as per agreements & amendments. They also manage the assessment of project delivery risks and issues, and develop action plans to mitigate those risks and issues.
The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
- Ensure Neutral Infrastructure Projects are delivered as per agreements & amendments.
- Manage the assessment of project delivery risks and issues.
- Develop action plans to mitigate project risks and issues.
- Support in the technical solutions design discussions with NIP customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for the execution of NIP.
- Assist in conducting the ORT and acceptance to ensure efficient operation of the network.
- Support in creating or reviewing the SLAs related to NIP customers.
- Assist in managing the racking of the end-to-end delivery process of NIP.
- Support in leading the planning of NIP.
- Contribute to the alignment of NIP delivery with the General Directorate objectives.
