Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, recording changes and communicating with the healthcare team.- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
