SearchPlus HR, a leading HR consulting firm, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nutritionist Medical Director to join our team. As the Nutritionist Medical Director at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the nutritional care and services provided to our clients and patients.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing nutrition programs, policies, and protocols to ensure the delivery of high-quality nutritional care. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and analyze the nutritional needs of our clients, develop personalized nutrition plans, and provide education and counseling to clients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nutrition programs, policies, and protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and analyze clients nutritional needs
- Create personalized nutrition plans based on clients health goals and dietary restrictions
- Provide counseling and education to clients and their families on healthy eating habits
- Monitor clients progress and make necessary adjustments to nutrition plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in nutrition care
- Supervise and provide guidance to nutrition staff
Requirements
- Medical degree
- Proven experience in developing and implementing nutrition programs
- Strong knowledge of nutritional principles, dietary guidelines, and health conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and provide counseling to clients and their families
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Leadership skills and ability to supervise and provide guidance to nutrition staff
