- Prepare and maintain detailed risk assessments for all site activities.

- Site Supervision:
- Monitor all site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Supervise work in confined spaces, during hot work, and at heights, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the site.
Safety Training & Awareness:
Provide safety training and inductions to new employees and contractors. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to reinforce safety practices.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and proactive hazard identification.
- Incident Management:
- Investigate and report all incidents, near misses, and accidents promptly.
Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents.- Maintain accurate records of all safety incidents and corrective actions taken.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations. Keep up-to-date with changes in safety legislation and best practices.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and participate in safety audits and inspections.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive safety records, including risk assessments, JSA, incident reports, and training records.
Prepare regular safety reports for management review.- Document and review safety procedures and protocols regularly.
