As the
OCN Monitor/Escort Administrative Support Specialist, under general oversight and guidance from the Administrative Supervisor, you will perform day-to-day administrative duties replated to the operation of the task order and personnel actions. Require detailed knowledge of local mission and site policies and SOPs. Responsible for day-to-day activities including daily reports, expense reports, completion of IAP mandatory training requirements, Leave and Reimbursement applications and other assigned duties. Uses experience and problem-solving skills to ensures mission success. The OCN Monitor Escort Administrative Support Specialist must demonstrate skills in these areas and emphasize experience in related positions and activities. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS:
- Daily Recall Roster
- Daily vehicle Roster
- Responsible for the USAF TC MAX system
- This USAF computer-based software system is utilized to digitally track/account for the following.
- Daily Issue of USAF hand-held radio report
- Daily issue of RMS leased vehicles.
- Of on-duty employees and what Monitor/Escort location they are assigned too
- Ensuring all on-duty employees accomplish their WorkTech entries at the end of shift.
- Manager Task Order 0021 AUAD Qatar R&R schedule
- Manager the accomplishment and submittal of all expense reports
- Manager Office supplies
- Manage the Task Order RMS AUAB Qatar mail USAF APO delivery.
- Manage the Task Order RMS AUAB Qatar scheduled and un-schedule maintenance of ASCS Leased support vehicles.
- Must be capable of working in a fast-paced multi-discipline team environment with the ability to managing competing priorities to achieve team goals. Proven supervisory skills to include effective planning, organizing, directing, and controlling with strong decision-making capabilities. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to lead a team to consensus. Excellent communication skills verbal, written and listening. Ability to interact with staff at all levels from LN/OCN to senior executives.
- Will use Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptop, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- US Citizenship
- Valid US Passport (preferred)
- Valid US Driver's License with clean driving report
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD SEVENTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
