Alchemist Accounting & Consulting is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Odoo implementation with a strong focus on functional expertise rather than coding skills.
Independently handle Odoo projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare Business Requirements Document (BRD) by gathering and documenting client's business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of Odoo functionalities.- Collaborate with technical teams to provide functional specifications and assist in the configuration and customization of Odoo modules as per client requirements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented Odoo modules.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation with a strong functional background.
Proficiency in preparing BRD documents and conducting user training sessions.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Certification in Odoo functional modules is a plus.
