JOB TYPE: Full-time

LOCATION: Dammam

SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: IT Manager.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Analyze and understand the client&aposs business requirements, processes, and challenges to identify suitable Odoo solutions.
Design, configure, and customize Odoo modules and applications to meet the specific needs of the client.
Collaborate with the client&aposs stakeholders to gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and implement Odoo-based integrations with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, finance, or HR applications.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Odoo implementations to ensure the system is functioning as per the client&aposs requirements.
Provide comprehensive training and support to the client&aposs end-users on the deployed Odoo solutions.
Continuously monitor the Odoo system&aposs performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization measures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features, modules, and best practices, and recommend upgrades or enhancements to the client.
Document all Odoo configurations, customizations, and integration procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and easy maintenance.
Collaborate with the Odoo development team to address complex technical issues, provide input on feature enhancements, and contribute to the overall product roadmap.
Assist in the pre-sales process by providing technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and proposals for prospective clients.
Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure the successful delivery of Odoo implementations.

Qualifications

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certified Odoo Functional Consultant and/or Odoo Developer certification.
Preferred: Master&aposs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant postgraduate qualification.

Experience

Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant or a similar role in the Odoo ecosystem.
Proven track record of successful Odoo implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment.
Extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating Odoo modules and applications to meet complex business requirements.
Strong understanding of Odoo&aposs core modules, such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and CRM, and their integration capabilities.
Experience in developing custom Odoo modules, workflows, and reports using Odoo&aposs development framework.
Familiarity with Odoo&aposs database management, security, and user administration concepts.
Knowledge of various Odoo deployment options, including on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Odoo&aposs configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Expertise in Odoo&aposs development framework, including Python, XML, and JavaScript.
Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
Knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment automation tools.
Experience in integrating Odoo with various third-party applications and services.
Understanding of Odoo&aposs security, user access, and multi-company functionality.
Exposure to Odoo&aposs performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations.
Familiarity with Odoo&aposs testing, debugging, and monitoring tools and processes.
