Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into Odoo configurations and customizations.
- Implement Odoo modules related to accounting and finance, ensuring they align with best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business processes and workflows.
- Provide training and support to clients on Odoo functionalities, focusing on accounting features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Stay updated on the latest features and improvements in Odoo and related accounting practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Odoo implementation, particularly in accounting modules.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
- Experience with database management and business process mapping is a plus.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
