Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into Odoo configurations and customizations.
  • Implement Odoo modules related to accounting and finance, ensuring they align with best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document business processes and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to clients on Odoo functionalities, focusing on accounting features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
  • Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and improvements in Odoo and related accounting practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Odoo implementation, particularly in accounting modules.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
  • Experience with database management and business process mapping is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
