Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with 6+ years of experience to support our ongoing projects and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise in Python and XML, coupled with business analysis skills to drive efficient Odoo implementations, customizations, and data management.

This is a remote position with flexible working hours, though the candidate should be available primarily during the UAE working hours for effective collaboration. We aim to establish a long-term engagement with a committed, performance-driven professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and map business processes effectively to Odoo functionalities.
• Leverage strong Python and XML knowledge to customize Odoo modules and optimize workflows.
• Handle data import/export tasks to support business needs and integration requirements.
• Validate and propose solutions, perform quality checks, and provide support for project enhancements.
• Attend regular project progress meetings (up to 3 times per week) to ensure alignment and update on deliverables.
• Conduct regular research and development of new products, services, and packages offered.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of proven experience with Odoo in techno-functional roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Python for customization and XML for configuration within Odoo.
• Strong understanding of business processes and demonstrated business analysis skills and best practice knowledge.
• Expertise in data management, including import/export functions in Odoo.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Finance knowledge considered a plus.
• Odoo certification considered a plus.
