About the Role: OET Instructor
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an engaging online OET training sessions for healthcare professionals to prepare them for success on the OET exam.
- Create comprehensive training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum aligned with the latest OET exam format, content, and assessment criteria.
- Administer mock OET exams to monitor students progress.
- Stay updated on OET exam changes, assessment criteria, and best practices.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment to motivate students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve teaching methodologies and materials.
- Manage training resources including textbooks, online materials, audiovisual aids, and other instructional resources to enhance the learning experience and support student success.
- Stay informed about developments in the healthcare industry to better understand students needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Possession of an OET certification or relevant ESL teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TEFL, TESOL) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in teaching English for healthcare professionals and OET preparation is preferred. Prior experience in English language teaching, particularly in teaching English for specific purposes (ESP) or English for academic purposes (EAP), is desirable.

- Strong understanding of OET exam content, scoring, and assessment criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and terminology.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
