Job Description: Off plan property consultant.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Off Plan Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As an Off Plan Real Estate Agent, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and secure contracts for off-plan properties. In this role, you will work closely with potential buyers, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the entire sales process. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain a strong client database by actively approaching potential clients and identifying their needs and requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on off-plan properties, including property features, pricing, payment plans, and potential return on investment.
- Generate and follow up on qualified leads to secure property sales.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiation processes to facilitate successful transactions.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate future business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to expand network and increase brand awareness. What we are Looking for:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and the off-plan property sales process.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
