Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Off-Plan Specialist at Aqua Vista Real Estate LLC in Dubai, UAE. The role involves managing off-plan property listings, coordinating with developers and clients, conducting market research, and preparing sales and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales and marketing
• Knowledge of off-plan property market trends
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
