McCone Properties are looking for Off Plan Specialist passionate about achieving outstanding results for their clients to shine within an established team at Dubai's leading Real Estate Agency. To achieve outstanding results, our Consultants provide the highest level of service to our sellers and buyers, supported by industry-leading technology and wide-reaching marketing strategies. You will be working alongside fellow experts who are passionate about their areas, inspire success, and drive innovation across our company.

As a Real Estate agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. While previous experience is not required, a strong desire to learn and grow in the field is essential. You will receive comprehensive training in our tailored training academy and support to help you succeed in your new role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily call outs to potential landlords and sellers
2. Assist clients in finding properties that meet their needs and preferences.
3. Coordinate project presentations
4. Guide clients through the buying process, including negotiations and contract signings.
5. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
6. Collaborate with colleagues, including senior agents and brokers, to leverage their expertise and support.
7. Utilize technology and marketing tools to promote properties and attract potential buyers or renters.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.
