Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Off Plan Specialist at Morka Real Estate. As an Off Plan Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day tasks related to off-plan properties. This includes conducting market research, identifying potential investment opportunities, liaising with developers, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and coordinating property transactions. This role requires strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Dubai property market and off-plan properties
• Experience in conducting market research and identifying investment opportunities
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Salary : basic 2000 - 3000 + commission
