We're seeking dynamic, experienced Off-Plan Specialist. You'll need at least two years experience, a valid ADM license, and your own visa/NoC.
Responsibilities:
Market off-plan properties.
Advise clients on off-plan investments.
Assist with purchases, due diligence, and paperwork.
Manage client relationships.
Stay updated on market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum two years real estate experience (off-plan preferred).
Valid ADM license (Broker Card).
Own visa/NoC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization and time management.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
