### Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Off-Plan Specialist in Dubai. The Off-Plan Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:

- Building and maintaining a network of clients

- Conducting property viewings and presentations

- Coordinating with property owners, real estate developers, and prospective buyers

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Generating sales

### Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in off-plan real estate in Dubai

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of real property laws and regulations in Dubai, UAE

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic and/or other languages is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

- UAE driving license is a must
