- Lead the marketing function for L&T product range.
- Champion and lead the product (offer) lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring new and existing product (offer) success and localization of global offers and marketing campaigns to the Gulf market.
- Develop an effective marketing mix - product, price, place, promotion - to roll out new offers.
- Go-to-market strategies using STP - segment, targeting, positioning - approach to deliver unique value propositions to targeted personas and achieve competitive advantage.
- Define price positioning strategies, launch strategy, channel development and customer journey.
- Closely work with various cross-functional teams and organisations including channel leaders and Sales to identify offer needs, gaps, and opportunities to build strong value propositions.
- Understand market trends, technology landscape, competitors landscape, industry and country specific codes & standards cycles.
- Responsible for product performance with targets on revenue, cost & margin with main target goal of enabling profitable growth.
- Work closely with marketing functions (Marcom, Channel Marketing, Line of Business teams) for a successful marketing and launch plan, and to develop marketing assets like videos, sales pitch, sales tools, print and digital marketing tools, PR, social media, customer testimonials and other literature.
- Train different entity actors (sales, business development, external customers, customer care center (CCC) teams) to align the understanding of product and offer.
- Be the spokesperson for the L&T offer for internal and external stakeholders on strategy, best practices, product and operational updates, customer challenges & solutions, customer benefits & results, market and competitive intelligence, marketing & communication, new offer updates, business update.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Bachelor's degree Owner.
- 5 years of experience in commercial field.
- The ability to work in a team.
- Strong marketing background.
