Islem Hammami Real Estate Company is seeking a dedicated and professional Office Admin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Communicate effectively with developers and other stakeholders.- Post property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut.
Perform day-to-day office duties, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.- Provide general support to visitors.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the UAE, preferably in the real estate industry.
