Job Description

As we continue to expand, we are actively seeking an experienced Office Manager to join us in Dubai.

Job Description:

We are currently in search of an experienced and proactive Office Manager, reporting directly to the Facility Manager. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, a comprehensive understanding of office management dynamics, and a dedicated passion for upholding the integrity and reputation of our brand.

Roles & Responsibilities:

General Office Oversight: Oversee the smooth operation of general office activities.

Visitor Interaction: Greet visitors, handle a high volume of incoming phone calls, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Appointment and Meeting Coordination: Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage staff calendars, and schedule arrangements efficiently.

Team Supervision: Supervise, mentor, train, and coach office staff, delegating assignments for maximum productivity.

Travel Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international travel, managing flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.

Procurement and Stock Maintenance: Purchase office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.

Reporting and Documentation: Produce reports, compose correspondence, and draft new contracts.

Presentations and Reports: Create presentations and other management-level reports.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience: Five years of experience in office administration.

Management Proficiency:Demonstrated experience in office management.

Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
