As the CEO Office Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEOs office while driving communication and collaboration across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of executive decision-making and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel plans.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the CEOs office, managing calls, correspondence, and inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure an efficient workspace.
Project Coordination:
- Assist the CEO and executive team with planning and managing various projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Track project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to the CEO.
Communication and Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications for the CEO.
- Ensure effective communication between the CEOs office and other departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, clients, and partners.
Event Planning:
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and retreats, managing logistics and vendor relations.
- Ensure seamless execution of events within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in executive support or office management.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Project management and event planning experience is a plus.
