Job Description
Business Square office space is looking for an Office manager for Nasr City Branch (Females only) who will be responsible for:
Facility Management -Ensuring the coworking space is clean, inventory is stocked, and local vendors deliver without disruption.
Member Management -Use coworking management software to manage space, member invoices, and issues.
Community Engagement -Create networking initiatives, social events, and local partnerships to increase the stickiness factor of the space.
Business Development and Sales Conduct onsite tours, CRM, follow up with leads and sign members up.
The Front Desk receives clients of companies in the place, receiving their calls and doing their printings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or business operations
Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager
Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping procedures
Comfortable speaking, selling, and growing the community
Strong verbal and communication skills
Self-starter, quick learner, and confident
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
Warm and approachable
Reliable
Professional demeanor
Prior leadership and hospitality experience is a plus
