Job Description
As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and providing support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance, cleaning services, and other office-related needs.
Facility Management: Ensure the office space is clean, organized, and well-maintained, addressing any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team, such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office expenses, invoices, and other financial documents.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any office-related issues or challenges proactively.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
Skills:
o Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
o Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Additional Assets:
o Experience working in the FMCG industry.
o Knowledge of office management software and tools.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
