Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information effectively and professionallyAttention to detail and decision-making skills, to ensure accuracy and quality of work, and to take the initiative when neededMultitasking skills, to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines efficientlyDiscretion and Trustworthiness in keeping private data and information a secret and perform duties without others knowingFlexibility to adapt to new situations and use problem-solving skillsOrganize meeting and record keeping MOM to be followed upAutomation reports & email (Chat GPT/ MS CoPilot)Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans, booking flights, hotels, and managing travel expenses,Event Coordination: Assisting with organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.Research and Reporting: Conducting research, preparing reports, and summarizing information for decision-making.Administrative Tasks: Handles confidential information, maintains records, and assists with document organization.Project Management: Assisting with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.Board Meeting Support: Preparing materials for board meetings and taking minutes during meetings.Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information and handling it with discretion.Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.Presentation Preparation: Assisting in creating and formatting presentations for meetings, conferences, or pitches.Time Management: Helping the executive prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and allocate time effectively.Conflict Resolution: Mediating minor conflicts or issues within the team or organization.Special Projects: Assisting with ad hoc projects, such as organizing company retreats or team-building activities.Personal Errands: Assisting with personal tasks such as booking restaurant reservations, arranging family events, or managing household matters.Gift Purchases: Buying groceries, gifts, or other items on behalf of GM. This could include selecting birthday presents, holiday gifts or office supply.
