We are on the look out for an Office Manager in our Abu Dhabi office. Ideally the candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi, this role can be part-time (3 day minimum) or full time.

Role and Responsibility
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to executives and staff;
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records;
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Facilities Management:
Supervise office maintenance and manage facilities;
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment;
Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Office Supplies and Inventory:
Order and manage office supplies;
Human Resources Support:
Assist in the recruitment process;
Handle employee onboarding and orientation;
Maintain employee records and handle HR-related tasks.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate meetings and events;
Facilitate communication between different departments;
Ensure that information flows smoothly within the organization.
Travel Arrangements:
Arrange travel plans for employees or executives;
Coordinate itineraries, bookings, and related logistics.
Supervision and Leadership:
Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership;
Foster a positive work environment;
Address employee concerns and conflicts.
Policy Implementation:
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures;
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Project Management:
Manage specific projects or tasks as assigned;
Coordinate project teams and monitor progress.
Financial Responsibilities:
Process invoices and manage expense reports;
Work with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records.
Customer Service:
Handle inquiries and requests from clients or customers;
Ensure a high level of customer service.
Adaptability:
Be adaptable and able to handle various tasks and challenges that may arise in a dynamic work environment.
