We are looking to hire an Officer Employee Relations & Offboarding who will oversee policy implementation, foster communication, and resolve Human Capital issues for our client based in Abu Dhabi- one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise HR on separation strategies, covering various separation scenarios.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of separation activities, meeting payroll, and reporting deadlines.
- Compute full and final settlements, including gratuity, repatriation benefits, and leave entitlements.
- Maintain consistency in offboarding documentation, letters, and certificates.
- Prioritize high customer satisfaction for departing employees and leadership.
- Meet company's policy compliance and deadlines.
- Manage pension cases for UAE Nationals within specified timeframes.
- Liaise with stakeholders for clearances, including IT security and medical insurance.
- Conduct professional exit interviews, categorize data for termination trends, and provide insights to managers.
- Handle Life/Disability insurance claims, coordinate National Service, and represent the company in employee emergencies.
- Determine the appropriate course of action for reported offenses.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of management experience in Employee Relations/ Offboarding.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- English and Arabic language are mandatory.
Availability:
- Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.
