Job Scope:
The Officer - Operations Admin is accountable for coordinating and following up on all company trade licenses, agreements, documentation, safety and facility management. S/He updates all departments on new laws and regulations and ensures compliance accordingly.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely renewals of agreements and handle legal documentation (Trade license, Ejari, manpower agreements, facility contracts etc.)
- Coordinate and follow up with the PRO on renewals and related documents
- Handle all facility and safety management related matters
- Suggest improvements and solutions to the business aiming at enhancing the service level;
- Represent the company in communication to different authority sectors and promote the best interest of the company
- Gather quotations for office supplies and facility related equipment and review agreements with legal as deemed necessary
- Review and ensure all permits related to employees and offices are compliant
- Review rental and facility agreements for all countries related to ABM
- Follow up on the completion of operational requests for proper security and safety measures
- Handle a proper filing and archiving system.
Position Requirements:
- Must be a UAE National
- minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business or any other related field
