Job Opportunity: Offshore Geotechnical Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Geotechnical Manager to lead cutting-edge offshore projects and manage multidisciplinary teams. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in offshore geotechnical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Oversee and manage offshore geotechnical investigations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance in planning, executing, and analyzing offshore geotechnical surveys, including borehole sampling, CPT, PCPT.
Operational Knowledge: Manage operations involving offshore downhole systems, advanced sampling techniques, and PCPT sampling techniques and processing.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams of geotechnical engineers, surveyors, and support staff.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
HSE Compliance: Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and company policies in all offshore operations.
Innovation: Drive the adoption of advanced technologies and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in offshore geotechnical operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Previous experience as an Offshore Site Engineer and Offshore Site Manager is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in offshore piggy-back systems, sampling techniques, and PCPT sampling techniques and processing.
Strong knowledge of geotechnical equipment, techniques, and software applications.
Familiarity with offshore HSE standards, codes, and practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in dynamic, remote environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
