OFSAA FCCM Consultant

Job description

Responsibilities :

- Support all phases of deploying the OFSAA solutions at customer sites, including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, batch executions, troubleshooting, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and go-live.

- Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA solutions.

- Adopt and contribute to Organizational best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the OFSAA Delivery organization.

- Data warehousing Implementation with dimensional data modeling skills on at least one of the following databases : Oracle, MS SQL-Server, DB2, Sybase.

- Configuration and operation of Web application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat).

- Experience with unix (Solaris, Linux, AIX) operating systems and associated hardware platforms and peripherals.

- Ability to read and edit unix shell script files.

- Programming work experience in PL/SQL.

- Good understanding of LDAP and SSO.

- Java, JSP, J2EE standards (studs) with Oracle database

- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills are required for this role as this will involve managing customer conversation directly.

- Support to train customers in managing the OFSAA environment.

- Ability to understand and review /document Non-Functional requirements and work closely with IT teams to operationalize the same.
