Conduct market research and draft feasibility plans for the company's new construction projects.
Supervise and manage the work of consulting firms, construction contractors, and other partners.
Review construction drawings, provide technical guidance, and assist in the bidding and tendering process.
Assist in liaising with local government authorities for project reporting and approvals.
Ensure construction quality and progress; oversee contractors to complete on-site tasks as required; coordinate and organize problem-solving during construction and handle on-site inspections.
Regularly develop progress plans and report internally on work updates.
Manage and supervise construction safety.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
2 Language Requirements: CET-4/CET-6 (preferred); overseas study or work experience is a plus.
3 Work Experience: Experience in independently overseeing interior renovation projects; familiarity with bidding processes, price inquiries, demolition, drawing review, construction control, and inspections, focusing on critical stages and challenges
At least three years of relevant project management experience; experience in reviewing construction drawings and providing technical guidance; 1-3 years of bidding experience, government relations, and construction quality and progress management.
4 Other: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
