Monitor the candidate process from selection to joining, ensuring a seamless transition for hired individuals.
Oversee and ensure completion of all visa processes for selected candidates, including documentation and legal requirements.
Laise with recruitment agencies to ensure all legality is done in the candidates home countries to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Monitor the progress of candidates through the recruitment and mobilization process, identifying and resolving any related issues or challenges.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including HR, admin team, and external agencies, to address any concerns.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate mobilization and immigration processes.
Collaborate with TA team to ensure fulfillment of the candidates based on the availability of quota and restriction in each of the region countries.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations in the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions to ensure compliance.
Build a solid and positive relationship with different recruitment agencies.
Update all available company systems with the required information of candidates or employees.
Maintain and update the required information in the tracking platform and monitor that daily.
Maintain the hiring of each request Service Level Agreement.
Review, maintain and review the monthly reports within the agreed timeframe.
Adopt and support the team in implementing any new projects that help in improving the day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
