Job Title: Onboarding Officer (Client & Introducing Broker (IB) Onboarding)

Responsibilities:

  • Client Verification: Conduct thorough verification of clients as part of the onboarding process.
  • Document Validation and Approval: Review, request, and approve necessary documents in line with KYC requirements.
  • Compliance with KYC: Ensure the firm's strong KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols are rigorously followed.
  • Alert Review: Monitor screening alerts for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), sanctions, and adverse media, handling them with diligence and timeliness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
  • Document Verification: Verify the authenticity of documents using the firm's software and provided training resources.
  • Fraud Detection and Reporting: Identify fraudulent applications and reject those that fail to meet compliance or risk assessment standards.
  • Introducing Broker (IB) Onboarding Support:

    • IB Agreement Verification: Review and verify IB (Introducing Broker) agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
    • Commission Account Creation: Create and manage commission accounts for IB partners as per agreement terms and internal policies.
    • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of IBs.

    Requirements:

    • Professional Experience: Previous working experience in a financial institution, such as the banking sector, Fintech, or forex industry, is a strong advantage.
    • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, along with either Spanish or Arabic.
    • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
