Online Brand Manager L'Oral Professionnel

Job Summary

As Online Brand Manager, you'll play a crucial strategic role, leading L'Oral Professionnel's online presence, which currently represents a significant 14% of the total brand's weight of business (WOB) across color, care, and styling in the GCC. Collaborating closely with brand stakeholders, the Zone team, and the wider e-commerce community, you'll leverage your deep understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing to drive consistent brand identity and achieve ambitious growth objectives across all platforms. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of L'Oral Professionnel's e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual online marketing plan: Define objectives, strategies, and tactics to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and present online marketing strategies in key meetings.
  • Manage the online brand presence: Ensure consistent brand messaging and a premium brand experience across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Attend collab meetings and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the performance media specialist to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Manage the online marketing budget: Oversee media, GWP, and sampling budgets, tracking spending, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maximizing ROI.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key online partners: Build strong relationships with e-retailers, including:
    • Ounass & Amazon: Develop tailored growth plans and hold regular meetings.
    • Growth-opportunity Platforms: Explore and leverage new opportunities with platforms like Boutiqaat and Noon.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with EKAMs, media, and education teams to ensure alignment and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Report on e-commerce performance: Prepare and present monthly e-commerce performance reports to Zone, the Marketing Manager, and the Director.
Required Skills / Competencies / Experience

  • Demonstrate ability working with a diverse group of people and high collaborative skills across team in organizations, fast in adapting in new environment and critical thinking.
  • Strong negotiation skills, data-oriented, analytical and sales budget planning skills
  • Strong Operational Marketing/Digital capability of building detailed activity plans
  • Able to work cross-functionally at all levels.
