Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Merchandising
- Design and implement visually appealing product pages and landing pages.
- Create and manage banners, promotional graphics, and other visual elements to enhance the user experience.
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across the website and app.
2. Product Display Optimization
- Arrange and categorize events and experiences in a user-friendly manner.
- Regularly update product displays to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Optimize the layout and presentation of event and experience listings to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
3. Content Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule promotional content.
- Maintain an up-to-date content calendar and ensure timely updates of visual content.
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) to upload and manage digital assets.
4. User Experience (UX) Enhancement
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective visual elements and layouts.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the visual and functional aspects of the website and app.
- Work closely with the UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey.
5. Performance Analysis
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visual merchandising.
- Use data and analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service to align visual merchandising efforts with overall business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of the website and app. Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online visual merchandising, preferably in the event or e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
