Your Responsibilities
- Provide desk side support to all users on site including regular use of ticketing system
- Operate and implement all IT infrastructure in scope
- Ensure effective collaboration with all IT colleagues
- Communicate all IT infrastructure related topics to users on IT Solution Spot
- Support all IT infrastructure projects on site
- Champion the One IT Operating Model and applies the Model in daily work
Your profile
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Education in Computer Science, Engineering
- Computer hardware troubleshooting & repair skills
- Operating System troubleshooting and repairin skills
- Customer service/soft skills
- Creative incident solving.
