Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an OP Coder at Gargash Hospital located in Dubai. The OP Coder will be responsible for assigning appropriate medical codes to patient records for outpatient services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in ICD-10-CM and CPT coding
- Experience in outpatient coding and medical terminology
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Attention to detail and accuracy in coding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Medical coding certification (e.g., CPC) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field is a plus
