Job Description

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in account management or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Management team in managing client accounts
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Management team
