Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account management or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the Account Management team in managing client accounts
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management
- Provide administrative support to the Account Management team
