Job Description: Operations Associate
The Operations Associate is a pivotal member of the EduMalls team, entrusted with ensuring seamless operations and efficient order fulfillment processes. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in upholding our standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Timely Order Fulfillment:
- Ensure all customer orders meet the 48-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) across KSA and Egypt.
- Process orders within a 24-hour window to ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Operational Oversight:
- Supervise and execute operational processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage day-to-day operations related to order processing and fulfillment.
- Product Management:
- Coordinate setup and listing of new products, including SKU management upon receipt.
- Ensure accurate stock delivery for new product launches and oversee inventory levels.
- Customer Service Coordination:
- Oversee customer service management across all sales channels to ensure seamless delivery.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data for monthly management reports.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting as needed to support operational decisions.
- Business-to-Business (B2B) Integration:
- Implement and manage B2B processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Warehouse Organization:
- Assist in organizing warehouse layout to optimize arrangement, assortment, and stock availability.
- Inventory Control:
- Conduct yearly cycle counts for retail products in collaboration with finance.
- Marketplace Operations:
- Manage pickup and return processes for marketplace items.
- Additional Tasks:
- Undertake other duties assigned by the Operations Manager to support operational objectives.

- Experience: Proven background in operations, logistics, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficiency in inventory management and warehouse processes.
