Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Operation Executive at Alpha Line Cargo located in Dubai. As a Operation Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring the smooth flow of shipments, and maintaining accurate records of all freight activities. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Freight Coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of Sear, Air and Road Operation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Proficient in using transportation management systems and software
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build effective relationships
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus
• Knowledge of Dubai trade and Dubai customs procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply
