We are looking for an Operations Manager for our cafe
Location: Al Ain
Salary: 5000-6000AED
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations management.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local and international food and beverage trends.
- Proficiency in relevant software and POS systems.
- Must have experience working as an operations Manager in Cafe
