Job Description

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability across all departments
Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering a collaborative work environment
Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all projects are executed on time and within budget
Analyze business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and adopting solutions that drive productivity
Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with strategic company objectives
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all operational activities
Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance to stakeholders
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Manage relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure optimal service delivery
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
