Resposibilities
Responsibilities:
Managing and executing the order cycle and handling day to day operational tasks related order tracking, shipping status and delivery on the B2C & B2B queues.
Following up on the warehouse inventory stock levels & item creation with our 3PLs.
Follow up on the products update on the website in terms of photos, specs, prices.
Handing and follow up on the cross-country logistics and events planning.
Follow up on orders status to inform the customer.
Replying to customers requests on live chat and overall communication channels.
Following up and replying to emails and complaints received from the customers.
Coordinating and working closely with the finance department to process payments.
Researching competition promotions and new arrivals on the local market.
Following up and updating the ERP system according to the 3PL dashboard.
Extracting and preparing reports as requested.
Other duties as assigned by the Regional Operations Manager.
