We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Scout. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations while enhancing efficiency across all functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about contributing to Scout's mission of empowering businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operational processes to ensure seamless platform performance.
- Coordinate with sellers to ensure timely onboarding and catalog updates.
- Monitor orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and tech, to enhance operational workflows.
- Assist in implementing new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and improve processes for seller support and issue resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in an operational or coordination role (e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools like CRMs or order management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
