Job Description

Role Purpose: Lead the development and optimization of operational capabilities across all operational teams within our organization.

Accountabilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational capabilities across all operational teams, encompassing areas such as process optimization,

technology utilization, and performance management.

2. Provide visionary leadership to the operational capability team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

3. Assess the current skill sets and capabilities of the operational teams and identify areas for improvement.

4. Design and implement training programs, workshops, and initiatives to enhance the knowledge, skills, and all required operational competencies

5. Utilize various learning methodologies, including e-learning platforms, workshops, coaching, and mentoring, to drive continuous learning and development.

6. Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational teams and capability development initiatives.

7. Lead change management initiatives to drive the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working within operational teams.

8. Develop communication plans, training programs, and support resources to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize resistance to change.

9. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to individuals and teams to drive goal attainment and professional growth.

Basic Job Requirements

BA, in Engineering or equivalent

Good Command of English

Expert in Microsoft applications

Special Job Requirements

Driving license.

Well-organized dress and grooming

Able to work with heavy physical activities.

Energetic and multitasks.
